What's your favorite cover song? As in, "it's better than the original" in your opinion?

I have several, though this one is right at the very top of the list:

Peter Gabriel, The Book of Love (orig. done by The Magnetic Fields)


Other favorites: Foo Fighters' Band on the Run (Wings), Justin Timberlake & Charlie Sexton's Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen), Cake's I Will Survive (Gloria Gaynor), and Metallica's Turn the Page (Bob Seger).
