@LayLadyLakin @SkyHelpTeam Yet you can't fix an error you caused, removing my @SkyUK package without notice in error. I can't speak to the team who are dealing with it and have nothing but Freeview until they can be bothered to fix it.

@MFurbaby64422 @virginmedia is there a problem with sound? Keeps breaking up briefly, so irritating ? I do not have any sound problem when I switch over to Freeview

@DJGaryBaldy I've been forced back onto Freeview @skyhelpteam what's the number to cancel? Even after doing a reset of the Puck, its let me watch 1 program on demand and then keeps coming up "Technical Fault" I don't get it why is your hardware so flaky and unusable its disappointing

Website is okay most of the time but it does play up now and again, and I hate the 5 minute silence from 2.55pm because of Solent dividing up and the website doesn't work until kickoff.

@OriginalJoycey @LGUKCare software update 03.40.85 appears to have broken constant connectivity between my C1 and my @Sonos Beam2. Switching between a streaming app and FreeView drops connection. Please investigate

@chalcraft_sarah 1/2 So viewers who currently only watch their tv channels via Freesat because Freeview is unavailable due to their location, will soon find they are unable to watch their usual channels because Freesat is being discontinued. It will be replaced with an online service only….
