Tata Motors – The Indian carmaker’s SUV community SOUL comes up with new ‘Connect with SOUL’ programme amidst the pandemic. It is a virtual initiative for the SOUL community by setting up a series of webinars. The members can participate in engaging activities and experiences from their homes. The flag-off session of the webinar is scheduled for 29th August, 2020. It will also come with virtual experiences, DIY workshops including vehicle maintenance, skill sessions etc.

Maruti – The Maruti S-Cross BS6 petrol was launched on 5th August and since then, the carmaker has received more than 2500 bookings for the crossover. It comes with a starting price of Rs. 8.39 lakhs (ex-showroom). Powered by a 1.5-litre petrol motor producing 105 PS at 6000 RPM and 138 Nm at 4400 RPM. Available with 5-speed manual transmission or 4-speed torque converter auto box.

Royal Enfield – The bike maker introduced the Classic 500 Tribute Black edition in India before the BS6 emission norms were implemented to bid adieu to the 500cc engine. Now, they have launched the special edition Classic 500 in the UK as Royal Enfield has exported 210 units of this bike to the UK.

BMW – The German luxury carmaker has delivered 45 cars to The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts fleet. This fleet includes BMW 7-Series, 5-Series and the X5. BMW India will also conduct a special demonstration highlighting the capabilities, performance and innovative features of the vehicles to the fleet managers.
