Such is the greatness of J Lo’s fashion-wearing powers that she was able to bend time and space for the Balmain spring 2021 show “front row” by wearing one of the ensembles from the very show she was watching.
That is a whole hell of a lot of look, but we would expect no less from Jennifer Lopez – or Balmain, for that matter. The jacket is fabulous and would look great with a wide range of other items and ensembles. Pairing it with a matching dress was probably the least interesting choice, but front row looks are all about promoting the brand, so we can understand the choice. Even so, that dress is simply too tight on her. She’s such a pro that she can make it look effortless but we can tell she can barely move or breathe in it. As for the mani, we’re impressed by her commitment to selling the brand, but it’s a bit much for the so-called real world outside the realm of fashion shows and front rows. In conclusion, we dub this look perfectly appropriate for the occasion, but kind of silly anywhere else. Keep the jacket, girl. It’ll look great with jeans.
