A Wisconsin fugitive accused of robbing a gun shop and sending a rambling manifesto to President Donald Trump has been captured.

Law enforcement officials, responding to a report of a suspicious person, found 32-year-old Joseph Jakubowski camping out near a farm in Readstown, Wis., ABC News reported. He was taken into custody without incident.

He is suspected of stealing 18 firearms from a gun store in Janesville, Wis. and mailing a 161-page handwritten manifesto to Trump, according to NBC News.

Authorities said he had sent the conspiracy-laced document to Trump which announced he was not afraid of his own death, the network news reported. In addition, he reportedly wrote that he would choose his death to be carried out by the president on live TV.

Police had said they wanted to find Jakubowski because they feared he might be planning an attack. They also suspected he had body armor and a helmet, in addition to the firearms.

A video posted online shows Jakubowski mailing the document to Trump, and saying: "Revolution. It's time for change," NBC News reported.
