Judy Bood helped us Sell in September, 2017

WOW! We figured our unique home would not appeal to everyone and when Judy listed it on a Tuesday for the price we wanted we expected a long wait for any action. Amazingly, she brought us an offer we couldn't refuse on the following Tuesday! We were also so impressed with the photos taken by her young woman photographer as well as the young woman who did our floor plan.
Judy listens to what you want and is available whenever needed. Her sincerity and personality draws one to her instantly. She sold our house and sold us the home we bought in a most professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend her to prospective buyers and sellers.
