Men@Work: Unpacking the Intentional Power Research
Description:
We are in the midst of a workplace revolution. BLM, #MeToo, generational differences, the pandemic have changed everything. Those in power - men - need to lead in transformational ways. PrismWork, with support from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, is sparking a movement for change by conducting a nationwide study to understand how men can and are stepping up to share their power with intention in the midst of today’s workplace revolution.
Moderated by Dr. Michele Madansky, Elephant in the Valley lead researcher, this panel of male leaders, including Jonathan Njus, Team Lead for the Expanding Equity Program, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Corey Jones, Co-founder, PrismWork and David Chun, CEO, Equilar, will share their insights as inclusive leaders in this new world of work.
