Text description provided by the architects. The 50% steepness of the site and the existing precious panorama has generated a wide range of terrace variations in the neighborhood. To be outside means to deal with the presence of all the terrace holders. The client’s need of extraordinary privacy was enhanced by the position of volumes, generating a micro context, quasi their own neighborhood.

The remaining land will become an inaccessible but cultivated jungle. Access is organized through a serpentine road in the south, reaching the utilitarian house. The main stairs give access to the entry court.
