No install program and no install instruction

- Don't know - couldn't get it to run inside the designated Eclipse.

- Couldn't get it to run inside the designated Eclipse sub-folder. The only install instruction only tells you to extract all files to the Eclise folder. No executable and no other instructions ... zero.
