   of course, but I saw so many corrupt and dirty judges during the last 4 years that nothing will surprise me. They will say that that a doodling of a 5 year old is a valid record, as long as it will get comrade Obama out of a swamp

   If there is a hearing, anyone can be there. We had over a 100 people with judge Carter. If he rules on the pleadings without a hearing, everything is done is stealth, then I will have to go to the 5th circuit. there they may or may not hold an oral argument.If they rule against me, it will go to Antonin scalia for stay. Unfortunately in the federal courts all of the opinions are written by very liberal law clerks, staff attorneys who are employed by a couple of well connected, uber rich pro Obama, pro regime law firms. The judges usually are just rubber stamps. Rarely they even see the pleadings. Unless the justice specifically knows about a case and wants to hear it, he wouldn’t even see it. It looks like most judges in the federal courts and many state courts as well follow the phone justice, like in any other regime.

   In your position, I’d STRONGLY suggest that you have TWO back up remote, encrypted sites, such as carbonate, etc.
   Next, if the PDF files are ‘open’ and you can read them, can you email the to yourself and/or save them with a different name or try a PDF program management app, or try a different file format in a save?

   Is there any way that you can be in the same room with the clerk that writes the opinion? That way, if they write the wrong opinon, you would be there to catch them do it!

    Also, have you SERIOUSLY considered going to a MacBook Pro? They are infinitely harder to hack. Also, via iCloud you can synch backups between your registered devices and also, if you also replace your wireless router with an Apple airport extreme base station, you can wirelessly in the office or home ( where an extreme is located), you can set auto backups plus, in the new OS apple version called ‘Lion’ (to be upgraded in late summer with ‘Mountain Lion’, your files are autodaved every five minutes AND, if you connect a 2TB external hard drive to the Airport Extreme base station (which is Apples name for their very fast/encrypted router) you can then use ‘Time Machine’ that will back up automatically every file you have.
    Plus, you also have the option (heaven forbid) of running BOTH Windows & the Mac OS on the same Mac.
    The MacBook Pro 15″ is about $1500, the airport extreme is about $179 new (refurbished from the online Apple store is about $149 and they also sell refurbished Macs online.)
    You can then easily/seamlessly import ALL of your files from your windows machine into the Mac.
    Microsoft Off ice for the Mac (2011 version) is about $200 or less.
    If you go to http://www.apple.com you can see all of these and, while you are online, you can call the number for Apple sales and a rep will Telly you everything you need OR you can visit an Apple retail store and the Apple Genius can step you through everything you need and you can get it immediately.
    You have lots of options but I strongly recommend you get FAR, FAR AWAY from Windows as possible.

    Orly, please stop anticipating. I have met more truthful and honest judges of African American descent that any of those white judges who are corrupt up to their ears.
