Um, I just bought the ticket...
Too many feelings, not enough sleep

It’s hard to believe that Jack, Mal and I bought the tickets for this trip four months ago. I still remember the stress of deciding to go, finding the cheapest tickets and then purchasing said tickets like it was yesterday.

I guess the shock of buying something both expensive and non-refundable for the first time in your life isn’t a moment that is easily shakeable.

It’s very strange to think that after countless trips to the SFPL to borrow guidebooks (and witnessing multiple heroin injection sightings), many “planning meetings” and about a billion itinerary checks (just to make sure the tickets were bought for real), it’s about time to go. And I still do not have my passport copied.

You might think that with the amount of planning that has gone into this trip over the last couple of months I might have found the time to run downstairs to Kinko’s on my lunch and get that handled. Nope. Of course not.

Provided that happens sometime tomorrow and we can manage to get ourselves on the plane and over to Europe, stay tuned for updates, pictures, video, etc. Until then, sit tight.
