I was Born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada April 28, 1947. My parents immigrated to the United States in 1956. I became a naturalized citizen in 1964. I am a veteran of the United States Army. I joined the San Diego Police Department in 1969 and had a rewarding 35-year career as a Patrol Officer, Community Relations/ Crime Prevention Officer, Child Abuse Detective, Negotiator, Homicide Detective and retired as a member of the Violent Crimes Task Force.....
