4 April 2024 - According to the World Bank, the expected growth for India's economy in 2024 is set to be at 7.5%, increasing by 1.2% from last year's forecast.   • The average salary in India for a Human Resources Manager with two years of experience is ₹77,217, significantly higher than the ₹30,618 earned by a Bank Cashier with the same experience. Bank Cashiers handle customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security protocols. This includes basic math skills to count and reconcile cash, as well as expertise in handling foreign currency and processing credit card transactions. Human Resources Managers, on the other hand, play a critical role in all industries by managing the workforce and ensuring that the company's human capital is utilized effectively to achieve organizational goals. Although both roles are crucial for a company's function, the responsibilities of Human Resources Managers command a higher salary.
  • According to the India Paycheck, a welder in India with three years of experience, whose responsibility is to join metal parts in construction sites, earns around INR27,200 per month. However an aircraft pilot with the same years of experience whose responsibility is to navigate and ensure safe flights earns around INR 42,546 per month. Maternity Leave in India
