@olga_chyzh Because THIS IS A PERSISTENT PROBLEM WITH CANADIAN BANKING. #CIBC didn’t even act surprised—this happens all the time by their own admission, and yet they do not bother training their staff to VERIFY THE DRIVERS LICENSE BEFORE HANDING OVER THE CASH.

@aneilsingh @cibc investoredge is getting errors. Over 60min wait time on the phone! What are you doing to keep customer! Looks like you offer free trades for new customers. Questrade buying and selling is super cheap!!!!

@Fan41Canuc56785 The automatic voice keeps saying something about “if you received a fraudulent transaction text from (123456) - but I haven’t. Is it another issue; or did @cibc fraud alert system glitch out?!? Time will tell. Hopefully soon.

Couldn’t even cancel the charge to the card through CIBC, but they reversed my charge no problem. Do not shop online at Walmart their web security sucks!

@gail36217018 CIBC has decided I can’t spend my money online …they wont send an email to confirm , you have to phone them and wait on average 90 minutes for a reply . happened to me twice yesterday - thats three hours! Anyone else experiencing this issue

@Khuffie Really disappointed with @SimpliiFin 's decision to auto-opt in customers to multiple channels of marketing, including 3rd parties, and @cibc 's refusal to address the issue. Currently in the process of moving all my banking products elsewhere.

@KarnatakaPride @cibc , my credit card stopped working abruptly on 20-Jan-2024, all transactions getting declined.Can you escalate this serious burning-showstopper issue on top highest expedited priority, so that this issue will be resolved ASAP on urgent basis.
