Online is a trash trolling Griefing zone.

why is there no passive mode? why can everyone see where I am on the map at all times? why is there no create your own lobby and invite who you want?

I'm tired of Cockstar always catering to 12 and under kids who live with their mommy and spend their credit card.

I spent an hour just getting spawn killed over and over again I changed lobby same thing happend...

I went to go hunting for a pelt and got killed... lost my pelt he stole it...

went fishing with a friend we got headshot for no reason. 10 miles away...

we decided to spam join lobby till one was empty after 50+ lobby none was empty..

every city all people are being killed so I can't use the shops....

I can't hand in pelts as I just get killed all  the time...

Everyone is playing this like call of duty wild west... ontop of that the character creation for females is the worst I have ever seen they are so damn ugly Jesus Christ.

this has to be the worst multiplayer I have ever played in 20 years.... this will be dead before the game is even put of beta....

40cents for a mission but it coats $4 for a bit of food? and $900 for a gun? yeah let me just do this mission 900 times.....

I wouldn't mind the grind if people would STOP KILLING ME ALL THE TIME OVER AND OVER FOR NO REASON!!!

I agree for the most part...but i guess there will be people that buy gold and it will be a succes,god knows why...

Personally i haven't noticed much griefing, people are usually nice in my lobbys.

Really? I've played for roughly 20 hours, and have only gotten into it with one player. He was certainly an asshole, but I haven't encountered any other hostiles... o.O

That's why they are Cockstar and Tard2.

And there are a few idiots around here who think it's okay to grind a mission 1000 times to buy a pistol.

Third day this has left me fuming.

Ok, day one I just couldn't get on. But I'm done playing fair I think. Probably just done gaming, especially modern sh*t.

You're lucky, have only a few hours played but there's always one idiot ready to attack everywhere I turn

What a complete load of sh*t! Seriously. Wait until they bring in the ability to loot player's. I will not be investing in the game if this is all it's going to be. Does Rockstar even read these forums?

GTA Online didn't have a proper passive mode in the early days either. I am going to wait until R* fixes this and gives higher payouts for missions. 

If not, I won't even touch online.

I don't think the game economy is bad, I think that's blown out of proportion.

I don't mind being able to see all of the blips on the map.

I wish there were positional/distance or range based voice chat but it's okay.

Please f*cking god R* give me back friendly free roam.

It's a long shot because you'll have tryhards coming for you anyway, but I'd pick a remote spot away from people so you can do your fishing and other activities. Find towns where there are 1-2 people of people so you can shop and sell your items. Checking the map constantly will be a pain, but it'll help you to know who is where, and if they are coming for you, so you can leave the area/ find another spot. For now that seems to be the only way to get things done, if you are't trigger happy all the time.

^^ Only problem is that (if I understand spawning correctly?) the game itself spawns people in, so what might be a completely empty area may suddenly have one or two players drop in within seconds of you checking.

I just wish griefers would get spawned into the nightfolk or tall trees areas... at 4 a.m. Poetic justice.

Don’t plan on higher payouts. They did this for a reason. Buy gold bars or waste 1000 hours for a horse.

Yep. I love their games, but refuse to pay for items within a game. And when the entire economy is setup to persuade you to buy gold, f*ck em.
