[BUNGIE] Trials of Osiris & Prison of Elders Info
Greetings all -- We've seen reports of players expressing concerns with certain aspects of Trials of Osiris and the Prison of Elders. [b]If you're having issues or have any questions, please refer to the information below.[/b]
-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot][b][u]Trials of Osiris & Prison of Elders FAQ[/u][/b][/url]: Have some general Trials of Osiris or Prison of Elders questions? This is the place to start.
-[b][u]Trials of Osiris Emblem[/u][/b]: We are aware of emblems not making it to the Postmaster. Be sure to leave at least one emblem slot vacant. Thank you for your patience while we investigate. Note, you are eligible to earn this emblem again following the weekly reset.
-[u][b]Mercy of Osiris[/b][/u]: If Mercy of Osiris is purchased after you've already received a loss, the buff will be applied to your next loss. If Mercy is purchased after receiving your second loss, your next loss will be forgiven, but your Trials Passage will be marked as complete and need to be turned in for a new one. We are aware of this issue and currently investigating.
-[b][u]Prison of Elders Class Item[/u][/b]: This is awarded the first time you loot the large chest on any Challenge difficulty.
-[b][u]Prison of Elders Emblem + Shader[/u][/b]: One of these should be awarded each time you loot the large chest on the level 35 Challenge mode. This is on a weekly reset. You will be eligible for the other item the following week. We are aware of players not receiving these items and are currently investigating.

1 ReplyWent flawless many times but emblem dropped only once. Yesterday I have un equipped old one but still did not receive a new one. Slot was available. Please look into this.

I was playing trials last night and earned the shader but got booted offline before we got to the rewards screen. When I logged back on I had no shader. Nothing in the postmaster or anything. All I want to do is to get the ship and the shader before TTK, it's the last 2 things on my list and now this crap is gonna happen...incredibly disappointed and I'm gonna make a YouTube video about this cause this is un-fair!

35 first time ever, i beat on my Warlock and got. Shader, Ship, Elder Cipher....... no emblem. Beat 2nd time on my warlock the following week. Only a ship. 2 more times. only ships and a cipher. Than started on my hunter, NOTHING BUT SHIPS!!!!!!! 3 - 5 times. Started playing on my titan. ONLY SHIPS!!! beat it for the 5th time tonight on my Titan. A ship and a weapon. From what everyone is posting, it looks like you can only get the shader once on one character..... your other characters are out of luck. but of course bungie says different. LOOK AT THE POSTS BUNGIE!!!! Fix your sh1t.!!!! Ive never even gotten the emblem.... 35 Prison of Elder s = WASTE OF TIME

XB1 GT: Anonym0ose Hi, just did this on my Titan. Vacant slot yet no emblem awarded. I was wearing an eye of Osiris emblem already that I got on my warlock so I never had gotten one on the Titan. Please help Bungie.

I've beat it 19 times and I've only gotten the emblem once, but I've gotten the ship like everytime. I didn't even realize there was a shader.

Bungie it has been weeks of completing level 35 of prison of elders for me and still i have only received one shader and emblem on only one character, this is unfair to go through that every week for hours and still not to receive rewards that were promised this to me is false advertising you said it will be fixed on the past patches or fixes and is still not fixed this needs addressed its not fair to all that are still trying hard to beat skolas to get the rewards and not receive them after hours of trying hard for it, please give the players there rewards that they worked hard for this is very fustrating for us.

1 ReplyI just defeated Skolas for the very first time and didn't get the ship, shader or emblem that I was looking forward too. This sucks when you spend nearly 3 hours doing POE on level 35! Won't be doing it again unless I get the rewards at the postmaster, what's the point in pre-ordering the taken king if this is going to happen? PSN is reecemuldoon

I've got the shader, emblem and ship on my titan, that I completed two or three weeks ago. I just want to recieve my loot that I worked for, that's all. You can check out my profile, so you can see that I completed it today. It's really frustrating to be honest.

Is something going to be done about this. Every week with three characters I get only the ship. I never receive the shader or emblem, neither do my friends or anyone else on this forum. Is this going to be fixed?

Killed skolas today for the first time today. Got no shader nor emblem nor spaceship.

1 ReplyI was the first of all my friends to get to the lighthouse then I go to the chest to get crap. I sat there for 20 mins questioning why I didn't get the emblem, SO all of my freakin friends get the emblem and whenever I go on destiny I get depressed seeing everyone having the emblem except for me when I was supposed to get it -_- please mail it to us I don't wanna see a scrub with the emblem before me.

1 ReplyBungie. A few weeks ago I wrote about not getting my emblem although I flawlessly completed the Trials passage. I was really hopeful that you would not only fix the issue but actually mail the emblem to all those who also flawlessly completed the Trials (e.g., players with the Lighthouse grimoire card). You did fix the issue, and I am sure that many people are grateful for that. However, how about trying mailing the emblem? Personally, I am losing my enthusiasm, and I am not even playing this game as much as I used to. Metaphorically speaking, you are really losing me off the hook...If it's a technical issue, just please let us know. Otherwise, it just seems that you simply did not consider the feelings of all the frustrated people who lost their "Eye of Osiris" emblem.

Still have only received emblem and shader on one character. Why in the world has this not been fixed yet, after 5 weeks post-release? Is it foolish for me to assume this should be an easy fix? Ran PoE 35 three times last week, but only received ship/shader/emblem/class item on one character. The other 2 characters just got the ship/class item. I beat PoE 35 last night and still only got shader/class item, and this was using a character that has never gotten the shader/emblem. Bungie pls fix!

Please just add the shader and emblem to the postmaster on the characters we beet 35 on if i can see it on my app you can probably track it you patch it im sure but we will still have to go back and run poe again to get it. I dont remeberth glo shader being this difficult i would love it if i just had what was earned.

Some of the trials supplies (mercy, favor etc) are not appearing for me to buy. Last week I only had two options this week is one help? Last week was the start with a win and next match is two wins but this week I only get to choose start with a win? Something is wrong.
