Trials of Osiris was the ultimate PvP challenge in Destiny 1, bringing together guardians from all over the world to compete in teams of 3 in hopes of achieving the ultimate victory and its reward, a visit to the lighthouse on Mercury.

    From the day Trials was launched, until its end just before Destiny2’s release, a community was created around the game, and fans of the game awaited each week with excitement and anticipation as to what map would be played that weekend. Destiny’s most hardcore and dedicated players and members of the community including streamers and content producers loved Trials and its challenges, and passionately pursued that flawless victory ever weekend, a change from the usual Crucible playlists and weekly PvE resets.

Due to the release of Destiny 2 however, Trials was removed, as the playerbase shifted over to the new game along with its supporters and fans. For what reason though, to move everyone over to the new game, to avoid a division of streamers and players between both games? Bungie, Destiny 1 and Trials of Osiris will forever be loved by your fans, and is the reason why Destiny 2 was awaited with such excitement and energy, why many people stayed with the game throughout its life from Vanilla days through Age of Triumph, please do not let this dream die out like this, there is no reason for it to,

The Destiny 1 playerbase is still there alive and well, and we would all love for Trials to return. Many of Destiny 2’s players miss Destiny 1 and would love to return and play the original as well as the new game, both games deserve some love, and neglecting the original simply hurts all of us who still care for it.

By keeping both games alive, there is more momentum for furture Destiny releases and by giving back to the community, Bungie, you show us you care as I know you all continue to do, please let us have our Trials.

There is no extra content to add or manage, Trials resets on its own weekly like the rest of the activities and all of the rewards will still be there to get, a chance at flawless every week, please Bungie, it will be the best thing you ever did for us <3

Ps , some vault space for all our God-rolls and exotics would also be much appreciated, like icing on a yummy cake :)
