Standard shipping is free for orders over $50. Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 business days. Two-day and overnight shipping options are also available.

All refunds will be assigned to the original card used for payment within seven business days. However, depending on your bank's clearance window, refunds can sometimes take longer. Reach out to customer service if the refund does not appear in your account after 10 business days.

Products can be returned within 30 days unless severely damaged. Earrings, cosmetics, underwear, and beauty tools are the only nonrefundable products. If the item is worn or washed, a refund will not be issued. Any shipping fees paid upon order will not be reimbursed.
